Leadership skills are important at almost every company nowadays. Write a short essay to answer the following question: In your opinion, what are three characteristics of a good leader? Use specific details to support your answer.
My Answer
I think that the three characteristics of a good leader are humor, charisma, and having a goal. The first thing, humor, can make smooth the atmosphere. It makes people retrying in bad situations. The second one is charisma. It makes employees respect a leader. The respected leader can crowd the good employees easier than not that. The last one is having a goal. I think this characteristic is the most important thing. Because the leader has to lead the people to a goal.

It makes people not give up in bad situations.
The second one is charisma.
It makes employees respect the leader more.

The last one is having a goal.
I think this characteristic is the most important one.
Because the leader has to lead their people towards a goal.
